Our people

Leadership with care at its centre.

Across the Board, head office and our homes, people with different strengths work towards one purpose: safe, personal care and a meaningful everyday life for every resident.

Group board

Shared experience. Collective responsibility.

Our four directors bring together experience across care, governance, business, property and technology. They share responsibility for the Group’s direction, standards and long-term resilience, combining their perspectives to make balanced decisions in the interests of residents, colleagues and each home.

The Board works in partnership with registered managers and head-office colleagues. Its role is to set a clear direction, provide constructive challenge and ensure the homes have the support, systems and investment they need to improve with confidence while retaining their own identity.

Important decisions are considered collectively. Each director contributes a different area of focus, but quality, workforce, finance, risk and responsible growth are viewed together so that short-term action remains consistent with the Group’s longer-term purpose.

DD

Dylan Dayalan

Chief Executive Officer · Group Director

Leads day-to-day executive coordination across the Group, turning the Board’s strategy into clear priorities for home and head-office teams. His remit includes responsible growth, organisational development and performance oversight, with a focus on ensuring that investment decisions strengthen care delivery. He works with the other directors and registered managers to keep decisions practical, risks visible and resources focused on the areas that will make the greatest difference to residents, relatives and colleagues.

RA

Dr Ronald Arulnesan

Group Director · Clinical & Governance

Brings a clinical and governance perspective to Board discussions, helping the Group test decisions against safety, quality and resident outcomes. His role supports the review of clinical risk, assurance information and service-improvement priorities, while encouraging constructive challenge and evidence-led decision-making. Working with directors, quality colleagues and registered managers, he helps maintain a clear connection between Board oversight and the realities of care delivery.

NP

Niranjan Parayogasingam

Group Director · Technology & Infrastructure

Leads the Group’s technology and infrastructure direction, developing secure and dependable systems that can support a growing portfolio. His work covers digital strategy, information governance, cyber resilience, connectivity and the practical integration of platforms used by homes and head office. He works with operational teams and specialist suppliers to simplify processes, protect information and ensure technology supports care rather than creating unnecessary complexity.

KK

Keshav Kishore

Group Director

Contributes to strategic planning, investment review and the disciplined development of the Group. He brings an additional perspective to Board challenge, helping assess business priorities, emerging risks and the long-term implications of major decisions. His role supports oversight of performance and growth plans, ensuring that commercial decisions remain proportionate, sustainable and aligned with the Group’s commitment to high-quality, locally led care.

Local accountability remains clear. Group oversight strengthens each service but does not replace the registered manager’s day-to-day responsibility or the legal accountability of the home’s CQC-registered provider.

Head office team

Skilled people, close to the homes.

Head office brings together care, quality, operational and business expertise so managers can reach the right support quickly. Our approach is practical and visible: colleagues work alongside home teams, visit services, listen to what is happening locally and help turn shared standards into meaningful improvement.

By coordinating specialist knowledge across the Group, the team helps homes learn from one another, respond confidently to change and spend more time focused on residents, relatives and colleagues.
