Care with dignity
Compassion should be visible in conversations, choices and actions. Residents should be known as individuals and supported in ways that respect their histories, preferences and rights.
About us
Acorn Springs Care Group connects independent homes through shared expertise, clearer support and a common commitment to safe, person-centred care.
Our purpose
We believe a care group can bring consistency, investment and specialist support without turning every home into the same place.
Our homes retain their names, local character and day-to-day relationships. Group support helps managers and teams share learning, improve systems and reach the right expertise, while local leadership remains clear.
We aim to create the conditions in which good care can be delivered reliably: capable teams, clear responsibilities, useful information, well-maintained environments and leaders who are supported to act. Growth is valuable only when it strengthens those foundations.
Families can explore the full group while still seeing who runs each home, who manages it, what support is offered and how to make contact locally. Clear information should make it easier to ask informed questions and understand where responsibility sits.
Our principles
Compassion should be visible in conversations, choices and actions. Residents should be known as individuals and supported in ways that respect their histories, preferences and rights.
Each home should remain rooted in its own people and community. Local traditions, partnerships and relationships are strengths to protect rather than features to standardise away.
Good practice grows when teams can learn from one another. Group support should make expertise easier to reach and help improvement travel between services in a practical way.
Responsibilities should be clear and concerns followed through. Good governance connects information with action, so leaders can see what is working and where further attention is needed.
Responsible growth
We are building the Group with care: strengthening head-office support, investing in home teams and protecting the individual identity of every service that joins us.
Before a home joins, we consider its people, quality position, operating needs, buildings and local community. Integration should be planned around continuity for residents and colleagues, with changes introduced for a clear reason and at a pace the service can absorb.
Future homes and opportunities will only be announced when the appropriate legal, commercial and regulatory stage has been reached.
Local character.
Shared expertise.
Care first.
